Return policy


At Aurahx Heritage, we maintain the highest quality standards for every piece we ship. Because our items are produced in exclusive, limited runs, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-induced wear and tear.
We will only accept a return or exchange if the product is delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition from our end.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
 The product has a clear *manufacturing defect* (e.g., stitching errors,misprints, or, fabric tears before use).
 The product was damaged during transit before it reached you.
 The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
 2. How to File a Claim
If you receive a damaged product, you must report it to us within *48 hours* of delivery.
Please email our support team at *aurahxheritage@gmail.com* with the following details:
 1. Your Order Number.
 2. Clear photos or a short video showing the specific damage/defect.
 3. Recommended: An unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time greatly speeds up the verification process.
 3. Review and Resolution
Once we receive your email, our quality control team will review the claim.
 If approved: We will arrange for a reverse pickup (or reimburse your shipping cost) and issue a brand-new replacement at no extra charge. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed.
 *If rejected: If the damage is determined to have occurred after delivery due to improper handling, washing, or wear, the return request will be denied
